Whether you are a family member, professional caregiver, or senior facility, Yoga for All Seniors can help. Many of the techniques used in YFAS have been scientifically proven to improve brain function, mood, and mobility. Group classes employ sound, breath, movement, meditation, and concentration techniques to serve a range of abilities. Individual classes are tailored to the precise conditions and needs of the senior.
